LMC refers to Lubaway, Masten & Company, Ltd; a boutique financial consulting firm that began in 1990 by William Lubaway and Joseph Masten. The company was purchased by two long time employees in 2009 – Nancy Drury, CPA and Deborah Sieradzki, PhD. The focus is on healthcare financial services for providers and employer groups. LMC’s strategic advantage is its employees - who have extensive experience in the provider environment.

DEBORAH A. SIERADZKI, PHD

Deborah has nearly 40 years diverse experience working for hospital & home care providers, health plans, and EY Consulting. Her expertise encompasses reimbursement, strategic planning, business ethics, leadership development, and managing operational requirements for mergers & acquisition. Her strength is her ability to follow cash through the revenue cycle from billing to reimbursement for the proper contractual payment and record keeping that has obtained millions in additional payments.
Nancy Drury, CPA
Nancy brings over 30 years’ experience in healthcare financial management specializing in hospital third party payment systems. Her expertise includes managing reimbursement and accounting departments in transition, maximizing specialty reimbursement such as organ procurement, and training staff. She brings premium skills in financial analysis and project management that establishes priorities and completion of priorities within established timeframes. Prior to joining LMC in 1996, Ms. Drury worked for Mercy Hospital in Detroit (a member of Trinity Health) and KPMG in Detroit and Boston.
