Deborah A. Sieradzki, PhD


Ms. Sieradzki is a healthcare financial executive with over 35 years diverse experience working for hospital and home care providers, health plans, and Ernst & Young Midwest consulting group.  Her expertise encompasses reimbursement, managed care contracting, strategic planning, business ethics, leadership development, and managing operational requirements for mergers & acquisition.  Her strength is her ability to follow cash through the revenue cycle from billing to reimbursement for the proper contractual payment and recordkeeping that has obtained millions in additional payments to hospitals.  She holds a finance degree from Walsh College where she was also an adjunct professor for graduate level financial courses.  She accomplished a Doctorate in Organization & Management completing a research dissertation focused on business ethics in healthcare while working during a $100M accounting irregularity discovered at a client.  She is past president of HFMA Eastern Michigan Chapter, past treasurer for ACHE MIACHE Chapter, and a member of the Board of Trustees for DeLaSalle Collegiate High School.
